ArtSFest's team of committed volunteers provide the time, energy and creative vision that drive our success. We provide a satisfying and productive volunteer experience that allows you make a positive impact on the local arts scene.

Events - Coordinate event logistics for a variety of networking and fundraising events, including event programming, securing sponsors and restaurants, marketing and event logistics.
Fundraising & Sponsorship - Research and target meetings with potential sponsors, foundations and individuals for support, plus help write and submit sponsorship proposals and foundation grants.
Business Development/Strategic Partnerships - Identify, develop and secure key business/civic/arts partners for the festival and develop new business opportunities that will create additional revenue for the festival.
Marketing & Public Relations - Define branding strategy and develop media/marketing vehicles and ongoing communications efforts. Plus, help publish a monthly HTML email newsletter for all festival volunteers.
Programming - Develop the festival curation process, define art genres/sub-genres, develop selection criteria and the application process and help to market the call for entries each Fall.
Technology - Design, produce and manage the festival public website and intranet, update information and integrate advanced technology applications into the festival's marketing and operation systems.
Community Service/Education - Create tie-ins and outreach with youth service organizations around ArtSFest programming and artists mentorships; help coordinate educational workshops and programs.
Volunteers & Hospitality - Coordinating volunteers and festival hospitality programs. |
